Sixteen Treads

I like to think I can write. Sure I put comma's in strange places, because I write like I talk. So links and comments always stroke the ego, and cause my disproportionally large head to swell another hat size. Every now and again I will stumble across someone who can really write, and I regain a little perspective. Sure I can tell a story, conjure up a witty line, piss people off, in other words, I do okay for an ill educated middle aged man of dubious character and shady past.
I always check out the blogs of the people who take the time to comment here. Daphne has a blog called Jaded Haven, she comments occasionally, and I've followed her blog sporadically, in other words, whenever she comments. Go read this, Sixteen Treads, if it doesn't put a knot in your throat, check your pulse.

  1. I'm really honored, thanks so much for the nod Midtown.

Don't knock your talents, I've been reading you for many months and I have excellent taste when it comes to finding superb wordsmiths - you constantly give me solid goods that are a real pleasure to read.

If you missed it, big leaguer American Digest pulled one of your knock out pieces and linked you up.
Getting the nod from Vanderluen is pretty cool.

  2. I saw he linked your Sixteen Treads as well. He gets a lot of traffic to be sure, but I'd be lying if I said he doesn't make my head hurt.

  5. The way that the shop fronts look and feel make a big difference in the way that the outside world perceives the shop. When you own a store you want to get as much business as possible and making sure that your shop fronts as appealing is extremely important. Below are a few ways you can ensure this.
