Let the river dance begin !

The art school students above me are at it again. I’m not sure what music they are listening to but from down here it just sounds like random drums and my Grandmas old Hammond organ. It's usually about 20 minutes into it that I make my way to their door and ask them to keep it the fuck down, or I beat the wall and scream. The latter reaction never seems to work , in fact it seems to have the opposite effect. Perhaps they take this as a dueling obnoxious noise challenge, which would explain why they usually just turn it up.

Tonight I’m going to leave it alone, for awhile anyway.After all it's not even 10 pm. Besides I think I’m starting to show my age. I find myself saying all the same shit about younger generations that my father once said about me and mine. I always said Id be more open minded and accepting than my old man was, is. But kids today.........

So as an exercise in acceptance, understanding, and an all around live and let live attitude, I am going to let those young aspiring artists have their fun, even if it sounds like the ceiling is about to cave in on me. I'm going to remain mute.

I just hope they like George Jones at 6 in the morning. The boxed set bitches.
